Row of new two-story Legacy Signature Rentals townhomes with covered porches and attached garages
Corporate Leasing · NC & TX

We welcome corporate leases.

Lease a brand-new Legacy Signature townhome under your company or LLC. Relocating employees, travelling teams, project staff and executives get a fully private home with a garage and a local team on call, and your company gets one lease, one invoice and one point of contact.

Built for Business

A home for your people, a lease for your company.

Any home in our North Carolina and Texas communities can be leased by a business entity. The lease is signed by the company; the people living there apply through our regular channels so everyone is screened and covered.

Relocating employees

A move-in-ready townhome for a new hire or a transfer, so the first weeks in Hickory or Temple are spent at work, not house-hunting. Lease terms sized to the assignment.

Project teams & crews

Several homes in one community for a project or a rotating crew near Fort Cavazos, the Catawba Valley plants or the medical hubs. One company lease, consistent finishes, neighbours who work together.

Executives & travelling staff

A private two-story home with an attached garage and fenced yard instead of a hotel or a shared apartment. Carpet-free interiors, stainless kitchens and 24-hour maintenance included.

How It Works

Three steps to a corporate lease.

Most corporate leases are ready to sign within a few business days of a complete pre-approval package.

1. Tell us what you need

Send the corporate lease request below: which market, how many homes, when and for how long. A leasing agent replies with current availability and pricing.

2. Pre-approval

Your HR or company administrator completes the pre-approval checklist: company details, formation documents, the authorized signer and recent financials. Occupants apply through our regular application.

3. Sign and move in

We prepare the corporate lease documentation, confirm notice and maintenance contacts on your side, and hand over the keys. Rent is invoiced to the company; residents use the same portal and 24/7 maintenance as everyone else.

Corporate Leasing FAQ

Questions companies ask us.

Yes. Any home in our North Carolina and Texas communities can be leased under an LLC or corporate entity. The company signs the lease and is invoiced for rent; the people who will live in the home apply through our regular application so they are screened and covered like every resident.

Yes. Every individual who will occupy the home applies through our regular channels. The company's pre-approval covers the lease and the finances; the occupant application covers who is actually living there, which protects your employees, your company and the neighbours alike.

Often, yes. Tell us up front whether the home is for one employee or household or for rotating staff, and whether occupants will change during the term. We set the lease up accordingly; each new occupant still goes through the regular application. Subleasing or third-party occupancy is not permitted without written agreement.

With a complete package from the checklist above, review and lease preparation usually take a few business days. Missing documents, an unconfirmed authorized signer or occupants who have not yet applied are the usual reasons it takes longer.
