Every Legacy lease includes the Essential package at $39.45 a month, billed with your rent through Second Nature. Premium, at $50.45 a month, adds the three services marked below. See what each package includes and costs.
Pet policies vary by property and are subject to owner approval. Limits on pet size, breed or species may apply based on insurance requirements, local ordinances or HOA rules, so confirm the details for a specific home with our leasing team before you apply.
A maximum of four pets per home, subject to owner approval and any breed, size or species limits that apply to that property.
Monthly pet rent, charged for each approved pet and billed with your rent in the resident portal.
Dogs: $250 for the first, $100 for each additional.
Cats: $150 for the first, $100 for each additional. These fees are non-refundable.
Service animals and emotional support animals are not considered pets. They are evaluated in accordance with Fair Housing laws, and no pet rent or pet fee applies to them. Tell our leasing team about an assistance animal during your application so the request is handled correctly.
