3. Tag 2 real friends in the comments (⚠️ No celebrities, businesses, or bots—must be genuine accounts).
    
4. Pick up an official paper ticket at the Legacy Homes booth at Hickory Octoberfest on October 10-12, 2025 (one ticket per person).
    
5. All collected tickets will be entered into a random drawing.
    

• 3 consecutive months of free base rent at one of Legacy Homes’ North Carolina rentals only (townhomes).
   
• Existing tenants may enter; if an existing tenant wins, the prize applies as 3 consecutive months free base rent at their current NC home.
   
• Free rent will be applied to the first three consecutive months of the lease term (or next three consecutive months for existing tenants).
   
• Subject to availability. Prize covers base monthly rent only; security deposit, application fees, pet fees, utilities, and other charges are not included.
   
• No cash value. Non-transferable.
   

• Winner selected at random from collected tickets.
   
• Drawing held on Instagram Live on October 18, 2025.
   
• Winner must respond within 72 hours of announcement or an alternate winner may be selected.
   
• Winner must present valid government-issued photo identification that matches their entry ticket to claim the prize.
   

• Must be 18+ at time of entry.
   
• Must apply and fully qualify under Legacy Homes’ standard rental criteria (application, background, and credit checks). Application fees still apply.
   
• Winner must sign a minimum 12-month lease and move in by December 31, 2025.
   
• NC rentals only. Subject to availability.
   
• Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.
   
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
   
• Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
   

• Only one entry per person; duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
   
• Prize may not be substituted, assigned, or transferred. Legacy Homes reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
   
• By entering, participants grant Legacy Homes the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
   
• Legacy Homes may cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its control impair the integrity of the promotion.
   
• Legacy Homes reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify fraudulent entries, and make final decisions regarding prize allocation.
   
• By entering, participants release Legacy Homes, its affiliates, and event partners from any liability related to this promotion.
