Corporate Lease Pre-Approval

What we need from your HR or administrator.

Since the lease is entered into under an LLC or corporate entity, we need the following information and documentation to complete our review and prepare the lease. Send it to rentals@legacy-hb.com or send the request below and we will reply with next steps. Full details on the corporate leasing page.

Company information

  • Full legal name of the LLC or company
  • DBA or trade name, if applicable
  • State of formation
  • EIN
  • Principal business address, and mailing address if different
  • Company phone number and website, if applicable
  • Nature or type of business

Documents

  • Articles of Organization or Certificate of Formation
  • Current Certificate of Good Standing / Existence
  • W-9 or IRS EIN confirmation
  • Operating Agreement, or documentation confirming who is authorized to sign for the company
  • Most recent 2–3 months of business bank statements
  • Most recent P&L or other business financial statement, if available

People & contacts

  • Authorized signer: full name, title, phone number and email
  • Government-issued ID for the authorized signer
  • Accounts Payable contact information
  • Who should receive lease notices and account communications
  • Who to contact for maintenance, approvals and other property matters
  • Every individual who will occupy the home applies through our regular application

Please also confirm

  • Whether the occupants will remain the same throughout the lease term
  • Whether the home is for one employee or household, or for rotating employees
  • Whether the company intends to sublease or allow any third party to occupy the home
  • Whether any business activities will be conducted from the home

Once we receive the above, we complete our review and proceed with the corporate lease documentation.
